Research Officer
Doireann is a research officer with the National Suicide Research Foundation, UCC and on the Horizon 2020 funded MENTUPP research programme. Doireann joined the NSRF in 2021 and alongside MENTUPP also works on the NOSP funded research projects.
Doireann has a background in mental health nursing, qualifying from IT Tralee in 2010 and working as a mental health nurse in University Hospital Kerry. Doireann returned to academia and prior to joining the NSRF completed her MSc was employed as an assistant lecturer in mental health nursing in Munster Technological University.
